TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clients and parents/guardians of Clients under 18 years of age must read and understand the terms and conditions below. Payment for any service provided by Pass Your Test is an acknowledgment that our terms and conditions policies listed below are understood and are agreed to.
● Payments are accepted via Direct Bank Transfer or Pay ID only and must be made at the time of booking in order to secure the time slot. Cash payments are only available to clients if it has been pre-arranged and agreed to by us.
● Any lesson cancellation received with less than 48 hours’ notice, including for your re-scheduling purposes or not showing up to the lesson, will result in the full lesson fee being forfeited.
● Any VORT cancellation received with less than 5 days’ notice, including for your re-scheduling purposes or not showing up to the test, will result in the full fee being forfeited.
● Refunds may be made on a case-by-case basis, but this is entirely at the discretion of Pass Your Test.
● Pass Your Test accepts no responsibility for any additional lessons required by a client to meet the government standard for VORT competency based on initial assessments.
● Pass Your Test reserves the right to re-schedule lessons due to any unforeseen circumstances.
● Students that arrive late to a lesson will not be granted a lesson extension for the time that they are late. Students that arrive later than 15mins to their lesson start time will forfeit the full amount of the lesson and the lesson will not go ahead.
● Student are required to wear flat enclosed shoes to ensure their safety.
● It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all personal property is removed from the instructor’s vehicle at the end of the lesson, Pass Your Test is not liable for any items left behind and does not provide drop off services for these items.
● Pass Your Test takes no responsibility for any failed vehicle on road test (VORT).
● It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they are carrying their learners permit, overseas licence and/or temporary driving permit with them at all times during the lesson, refunds for lessons will not be grated for students arriving without a valid licence or permit.
● Pass Your Test reserves the right to terminate any lesson if the student is failing to comply with instructions, directions or is driving in a manner deemed to be unsafe by the instructor.
● Students are required to be fit to drive. This requires that the student is alcohol and drug free and not suffering from fatigue or any other conditions that may affect their driving ability. Lessons will not go ahead if any student is suspected of being affected by drugs, alcohol or another condition that may affect their driving.
● If for any reason a student’s actions, whether intentional, reckless or careless result in any damage to the vehicle or any property or to the property of a third party the student will be liable for the cost of repairs and/or insurance excesses as applicable.
● Pass Your Test will not be held responsible for any traffic infringement/s incurred by a student whilst driving our vehicles. The student driving at the time of infringement will be held responsible and will be required to pay any fines incurred.
